We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Tax Senior to lead our tax engagements from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive review experience and be responsible for holding primary client responsibility and overseeing specific areas of client service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax engagements from start to finish, including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability.
- Hold primary client responsibility and oversee specific areas of client service.
- Prepare complex tax returns, reviewing returns and researching technical issues.
- Ensure financial statements, tax returns, and other deliverables meet professional and firm standards.
- Review and/or prepare 1120, 1120S, 1040, 1065, etc.
Requirements:
- Active CPA or EA certification.
- 3 Years of public accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
