Key Responsibilities
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and timely
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable records
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients and customers
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or accounting role
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Familiarity with ERP software and accounting systems
