Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, developing budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all entries
- Conduct audits and ensure proper internal controls are in place
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with general ledger and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with tax compliance and auditing procedures
- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Strong leadership and management skills

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
