We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer/Controller to join our team.
The successful candidate will have expertise in Sage 300 and accounting software, as well as strong management and communication skills.

**Job Summary**
As Chief Financial Officer/Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of financial reports, maintaining accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with our external auditors and provide critical information for periodic statements and tax returns.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage cash flow and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, active CPA certification a plus.
- 5 years of experience in a Controller role.
- Strong technical skills in Sage 300 and other accounting software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
