The Aftermarket Sales and Procurement Specialist will be responsible for driving aftermarket sales initiatives and managing procurement processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and vendors while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency within the aftermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase aftermarket sales revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of aftermarket products
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock availability
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales or a similar role
- Strong procurement experience with a focus on inventory management
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
