The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of aircraft, ensuring their safety and airworthiness. This role involves troubleshooting, inspecting, and overhauling aircraft systems and components, while adhering to federal aviation regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various aircraft types.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and flight operations teams to address maintenance needs and schedule repairs effectively.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and timely manner, following industry best practices and procedures.
- Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) License required.
- Proven experience in corporate and business aviation maintenance.
- Familiarity with Gulfstream, Citation, and Challenger aircraft is a plus.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Compensation: $80K - $110K
