Position Overview

The Analytics Engineer Manager will lead a team of analytics engineers in building robust data pipelines and visualizations that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role combines technical expertise in data engineering with strong leadership skills to enhance the analytical capabilities of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics engineers in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights through data visualization.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures in cloud environments to support analytics initiatives.
• Oversee the development and optimization of ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to derive insights from large datasets.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions that meet business requirements.
• Promote best practices in data engineering and analytics within the team and across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong proficiency in data engineering tools and frameworks, including cloud computing services.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL for database querying and management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience in machine learning and statistical analysis is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
