Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Residential Architect to design and oversee the construction of high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom home design and a passion for creating luxurious living spaces that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for residential designs.
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for custom luxury homes using Revit and other design software.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and budget.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials, particularly wood frame.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail in designing high-end residential projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
