We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of multifamily developments, ensuring they meet both the client's vision and regulatory standards. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise and project management skills to successfully deliver on large-scale, multifamily housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to define project objectives and scope.
- Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in multifamily housing.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
- Experience managing affordable housing and mixed-use projects.
- Registered Architect (AIA) preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
