The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling electronic components and systems while ensuring high quality and precision in the manufacturing process. This role is crucial in supporting the production of innovative renewable energy products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and quality standards
- Start, run, and shut down equipment after training, using written instructions
- Complete process inspection samples
- Be trained on most processes on various assembly lines and will be expected to change stations in the case of absences
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, including tweezers, syringes, and vacuum systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot machine errors
- Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines and protocols during the assembly process
- Proven experience in manufacturing and assembly handling fine equipment such as tweezers and syringes
- Strong attention to detail and experience with precision assembly techniques and tools
- Previous experience working with small electronics or devices
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and EHS standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
- Ability to often stand for long hours
- $20 - $24 per Hour DOE
