We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Construction Project Manager with experience in grocery store construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projects related to grocery stores.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to the Project Manager.
- Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Participate in on-site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Experience in grocery store construction
- Knowledge of construction processes, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Ability to lead and work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and team members
- Ability to self-perform misc. tasks if needed ( Bags on when needed)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts when needed
- Must have clean driving record

Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
