Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within the electrical and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial projects, with a particular focus on solar and renewable energy initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 Bonus DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for electrical and construction projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of solar and renewable energy technologies and projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
