Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will assist in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves supporting the Project Manager in coordinating activities, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager
- Help manage project budgets and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or construction roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Familiarity with Ground Up, Retail, and Commercial projects is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
