Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report on status
- Prepare project documentation and maintain records
- Participate in site meetings and inspections
- Assist with budgeting and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Support the Project Manager in resolving any issues that arise during construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or medical construction
- Strong knowledge of hospital construction processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
