We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of civil litigation matters, focusing on personal injury and complex litigation. This role aims to support senior attorneys in providing exceptional legal services to our clients while gaining valuable experience in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury litigation cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and legal memoranda.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Participate in depositions and witness interviews.
- Prepare for and attend trials, contributing to trial strategy and client representation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
- Jurisdictionally licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury cases.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology, particularly in personal injury and complex litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
