An established firm based in Southern California with over 40 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join its general commercial litigation team in Cerritos, Pasadena, or Irvine. This Associate will have experience with business/commercial litigation.
Offer
Competitive compensation package ($100k-$150k depending on experience)
Monthly productivity bonus and end-of-year bonus
Profit sharing (10% of compensation)
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Qualifications
3 years of experience in business/commercial litigation
Deposition And Courtroom Experience Preferred
Federal and state court experience
California Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities
Handling commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and other corporate disputes
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Managing discovery, including depositions and expert witness coordination
Representing clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Advising clients on litigation strategies and risk assessment
