Offer
$110,000 - $170,000 contingent on experience

3-5 years of experience in antitrust and business litigation
Strong litigation background, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Federal Court Experience Preferred
Florida Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities
Managing and litigating complex commercial and antitrust cases
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Attending court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment
Collaborating with partners on high-stakes litigation matters
Ensuring compliance with procedural and substantive legal requirements
