Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
- Draft and review contracts related to construction and commercial practices
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and objectives
- Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines effectively
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in commercial and construction law
- Strong understanding of construction practices and labor and employment law
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
