Associate Attorney - Contract and Estate

Founded over 40 years ago, we are a leading mid-sized, full-service firm based in Roseland, New Jersey seeking an on-site plaintiff litigation attorney with the skills necessary to appear in court for trials and motions. Practical experience with discovery and trial preparation, with strong writing, analytical and litigation skills, computer savvy, and a commitment to hard work and successful results.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Plaintiff Contract and Estate Attorney to handle a diverse caseload in both contract disputes and estate-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. Responsibilities

• Appear in court for trials and motions on behalf of plaintiffs.
• Manage discovery and trial preparation processes effectively.
• Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills.
• Handle plaintiff-side contract dispute cases, including breach of contract, contractual interpretation, and related litigation.
• Represent clients in estate and probate matters, including contested wills, fiduciary duties, and estate administration.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and estate plans.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of plaintiff litigation experience
• Admitted to NJ Bar
• Juris Doctor
• Strong understanding of contract law, estate law, probate law, and related legal areas.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
