We are a small, reputable law firm in Palm Beach Gardens that has been around for over 20 years. We specializing in Wills and Trusts, Probate and Estate settlements, and Tax Planning.
With cases increasing, we are now looking to add a skilled Attorney with expertise in trusts and estates to provide high-quality legal services to our high net worth clients. The ideal candidate will navigate complex legal matters, ensuring effective wealth transfer strategies and compliance with Florida laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in matters related to trusts and estates for high net worth clients.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate planning instruments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored wealth transfer strategies.
- Manage complex projects involving estate planning and asset management for diverse client portfolios.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in estate planning.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar Membership in Florida.
- Proven experience in trusts and estates law, particularly with high net worth clients.
- Strong understanding of wealth transfer strategies and estate planning techniques.
- LLM in Taxation, Accounting, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project planning, and client management skills.
