We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury and medical malpractice law, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs related to personal injury and medical malpractice cases
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings as needed
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury and medical malpractice cases
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or medical malpractice law preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
