Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships throughout the year
- Prepare and review engagement letters, communicating assignment details and fees
- Oversee staff assignments and provide mentorship, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Conduct evaluations on internal controls and risk assessments
- Monitor engagement progress, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Resolve engagement issues, offering solutions and keeping the Partner informed
- Participate in business development initiatives and foster the firm's professional image in the community
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active Louisiana CPA license required
- 5-10 years of related experience, ideally within public accounting
- Proven business development abilities and strong client management skills
- Competitive Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 , DOE, with paid overtime
