Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal legal proceedings
- Handle trial preparation, including research, drafting legal documents, and arguing cases in court
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Negotiate and settle cases on behalf of clients
- 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in Litigation
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in NC and/or SC
- Ability to work with little supervision

Salary : $88,000 - $140,000
