Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in First Party Property to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property insurance claims, First Party Property, and personal injury law. This role involves representing clients in disputes with insurance companies and providing expert legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in first party property insurance claims and disputes
- Provide legal advice and guidance on property insurance matters
- Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution
- Research and analyze legal issues pertaining to first party property and personal injury cases
- Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
- Maintain client records and case files accurately and securely
- Jurisdiction-specific law degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant state
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in first party property law
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law
- Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
