An IP & complex litigation firm with over 10 years in practice is seeking an Attorney to join their team in Salt Lake City. This Attorney would have 5 years of experience with intellectual property law.
Offer
$140,000 - $230,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in intellectual property law
Experience with patent and/or trademark prosecution, IP litigation, and portfolio management
Technical background in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or a related field preferred
Utah Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities
Managing intellectual property portfolios for a diverse range of clients
Conducting patent and trademark prosecution, including drafting and filing applications
Handling IP litigation and enforcement matters in federal courts and before the USPTO
Advising clients on IP strategy, licensing, and risk management
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Collaborating with senior attorneys and clients on complex intellectual property issues
