We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves representing clients in personal injury cases.. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients' rights and a strong understanding of personal injury law. Very open to both entry level and experienced individuals within the Personal Injury realm of Legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of personal injury cases
- Draft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their case status
- Gather and review medical records and other evidence to support case arguments
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license
- 1 years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated passion for client advocacy and personal injury law
