Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Prepare and present cases in trial court
- Develop and implement litigation strategies
- Evaluate cases and provide advice on potential outcomes
- Represent clients in arbitration and mediation sessions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Michigan law and statutes
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and consultation
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Michigan
- Proven experience as an attorney with a focus on litigation
- Strong understanding of case evaluation and litigation strategy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with personal injury law and settlements is a plus
