Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options in personal injury and business litigation matters.
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build strong cases for clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license to practice law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or related fields.
- Strong trial advocacy skills and experience in the courtroom.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
