Job Title: A & A Department Head
Job Location: Westminister, MD or Hannover, PA
Salary: $150,000-$250,000 DOE
Job Requirements: 8 years of external audit experience in public accounting. Must be a current Audit Manager/Sr. Manager or Director. Must have an active CPA. Must have tax experience as well
We are an established, full service Public Accounting firm based in Westminister Maryland with an office in Hanover, Pennsylvania and have been in business for over 50 years. We offer tax, audit & accounting solutions for a wide range of clients throughout the state and nationwide to include: Real Estate, Construction, Technology, Professional Services, Government Contracting, Nonprofits, Healthcare and more.

What You Need For This Position
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related Field (Masters is a plus)
Open to hybrid work schedule in Westminister, MD or Hannover, PA offices
Active CPA is required
At least 8 or more years of recent external auditing experience within a public accounting firm
Prior Experience As a Supervisor Or Manager Is Required
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple audit engagements
Experience working in For-Profit industries
Experience working with tax preparation and review
