Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the assurance services team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit services.
- Oversee the planning and execution of audits in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Review and approve financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights on financial reporting matters.
- Identify areas for improvement in audit processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in audit and assurance services, with a focus on managing teams.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience as an Audit Director or in a similar senior role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $190,000 - $210,000
