Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the auditing process and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements for various clients
- Manage and coach audit staff, providing guidance and feedback
- Review audit workpapers and financial statements
- Communicate audit findings to senior management and clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify and resolve technical accounting issues
- Contribute to the development of audit programs and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- 5 years of experience in external audit
- Experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, or employee benefit plans
- Experience in non-profit auditing is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
