Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Provide guidance and support to audit teams, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and assurance services.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Proven experience as an Audit Manager or in a similar role within assurance services.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in government and healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
