Position Overview
The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality audit services. The Audit Manager will also play a key role in client relationships and contribute to the strategic direction of the audit practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
- Review and finalize audit reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated audit processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Proven experience in audit management
- Strong knowledge of Excel and General Ledger systems
- Experience with Assurance and Planning processes
- Familiarity with CCH software
- Knowledge of taxation and tax compliance
- Experience working with Non-Profit and Government entities
- Background in Employee Benefit Plans and Healthcare audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
