Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Evaluate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement audit strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and staff.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing or audit management.
- Ability to work in office in Lubbock Texas.
