- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including preparation and review of financial statements and audit reports
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of audits
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements throughout audits
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations to clients
- Prepare detailed audit plans and risk assessments based on client-specific needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
