We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing audit engagements for our diverse portfolio of non-profit clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing valuable insights to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion for non-profit clients.
- Conduct thorough audits to assess financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and review audit work papers and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting non-profit organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience in public accounting, preferably with a focus on non-profit organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant regulations for non-profits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
