We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee our audit team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and auditing for both non-profit and private companies, and will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for non-profit organizations and private companies.
- Perform detailed audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Supervise and train audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review audit work papers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
- Experience working with non-profit and private companies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
