We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and delivering high-quality financial statement audits for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and provide on-the-job training.
- Communicate audit findings and provide recommendations for improvement to clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the audit process.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required
- Medical, Dental, Vision.
- 3-4 Weeks of PTO DOE
