Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
- Review financial statements and audit work papers for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust
- Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within client operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is preferred but nor required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Public Accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
