We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to oversee and manage our audit engagements, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage audit engagements for a variety of clients in industries such as Non For Profit, Construction, and Manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise audit teams and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities to improve client operations and provide value-added services.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports.
- CPA certification is required.
- 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
- Experience working with clients in Non For Profit, Construction, and Manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting regulations.
- Experience with CCH Engagement is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
