The BAS Application Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting building automation systems to enhance the efficiency and performance of building operations. This role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure that system requirements are met and that installations are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Building Automation Systems (BAS) to meet client specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed BAS solutions.
- Work with control valves and damper actuators to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of BAS components.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Strong understanding of control valves and damper actuators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
