We are seeking a skilled BIM Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This role is essential in facilitating the design and construction processes for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate and detailed 3D models using BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to gather project requirements.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for construction purposes.
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in the coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within projects.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to BIM and construction.
- Proven experience as a BIM Detailer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Tekla.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Experience with AutoCAD and CAD software is a plus.
- Familiarity with LEED and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Relevant degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
