We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models and technical drawings using BIM software, facilitating collaboration among project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design standards and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Develop technical drawings and construction documentation based on architectural and structural design specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and revise models and drawings based on feedback from project team members.
- Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Experience in 3D modeling and drafting.
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
