Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all pipeline construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for branch growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and development.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, financial performance, and branch operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline construction and project management.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Experience with CCTV, VAC, vacuum, and utilities work.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a construction environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
