Branch Manager - Pipeline Construction

Position Overview

The Branch Manager for Pipeline Construction is responsible for overseeing all operations related to pipeline projects within the branch. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Branch Manager will also be instrumental in developing strategic plans to enhance branch performance and drive growth in the pipeline construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all pipeline construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for branch growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Supervise and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and development.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, financial performance, and branch operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline construction and project management.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Experience with CCTV, VAC, vacuum, and utilities work.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a construction environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
