Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bridges Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage bridge engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in project management. This role involves collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality bridge designs that meet regulatory standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of bridge projects, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and sustainability in project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, surveyors, and construction professionals to achieve project goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed design calculations, reports, and drawings using Revit and other design tools.
- Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications before implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address project needs and concerns effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in bridge design and project management.
- Proficient in Revit and other civil engineering software.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical and transportation engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
