Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the implementation of business intelligence tools and technologies, including SalesForce and SAP.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders for strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SalesForce, SAP, and AWS environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
