Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for HVAC projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and execution
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Proven experience in HVAC sales and business development
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating and cooling technologies
- Excellent estimation skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
