Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, business disputes, real estate litigation, class action defense, and employment litigation. The candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings and providing strategic legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in business litigation cases including commercial disputes, shareholder disagreements, and real estate litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and recommendations.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including conducting trials and hearings.
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks related to business operations and disputes.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management and client service.
