Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with teams and stakeholders to elicit detailed project requirements.
- Document processes and workflows related to connected car services and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation purposes.
- Analyze and optimize existing systems and processes in the context of connected car technologies.
- Support the development team in the Agile methodology, providing guidance on requirements and user stories.
- Contribute to the integration of IoT solutions into automotive systems, enhancing user experiences and functionality.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure to implement scalable solutions for connected services.
- 2 yrs as a Business System Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Knowledge of telematics systems and their integration with automotive technologies.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Telematics or automotive or IoT industry.
