Location: Can be based in the greater Atlanta Metro area OR South FL with travel to Atlanta 1 week/month, including territory regional travel.
Travel Requirements: 50%, plus or minus
We are seeking a dynamic Caribbean/Latin American Sales Manager to drive CPG/Consumer Product sales growth and market expansion in the region for our personal/home care products.
PLEASE NOTE: This role requires SPANISH LANGUAGE FLUENCY and an ability/willingness to Travel

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Caribbean and Latin American markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market presence in the personal care sector, particularly in hair care products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the region.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the territory.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Train and support the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and drive sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the consumer products industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal care products, especially in hair care and shampoo categories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
